Answered
How do I book a court?
All court bookings are handled through Playtomic. Book at playtomic.io or via the Playtomic app on iOS and Android. Search for The Padel Pals, select your date and time, and pay securely.
Do I need to be a member to play?
No – non-members are welcome to book and play at standard rates. Members enjoy discounted court rates, priority booking, and additional club benefits.
What is padel and how is it different from tennis?
Padel is a racket sport played on an enclosed court with glass and mesh walls. It’s typically played in doubles, uses tennis-style scoring, and most players pick it up in their first session.
Can I hire equipment at the club?
Yes – rackets are available to hire from our Pro Shop for £5. Balls are also available to purchase for £8.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open 7 days a week, 7am to 11pm. Courts, gym, golf simulator and bar all follow the same hours.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are processed through Playtomic and billed monthly. Please view our memberships page for package details and prices.
Do you offer coaching?
Yes – group coaching and one-to-one sessions are available. Check our Playtomic for upcoming classes, or email us to arrange a private lesson.
Is parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (16 spaces). There are additional free spaces in Sainsbury’s & B&Q (2min walk away). There is also a Lime station to the right hand side of the entrance.
Can I host a private event or birthday party?
Absolutely. Please email hello@thepadelpals.co.uk & our events team will create a bespoke package for you.
